great room , but overlooked the noise

The room was very nice and comfortable with a stunning park view. The gym featured great Tecno Gym equipment that made workouts enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a quality selection that I thoroughly enjoyed.

An outstanding experience overall—with a wonderful pool and spa that were impeccably clean, and restaurants that catered well for a vegan diet. The staff were superb, offering attentive service that truly enhanced our stay. However, breakfast was chaotic, with long waits for coffee and a crowded atmosphere, and the room cleaning service was inconsistent, leading to delays. The spa facilities, despite their beautiful appearance, were let down by poor maintenance and water temperature issues.

I enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe King Room City View. The friendly staff made my experience memorable, and the pool offered a nice retreat after exploring. However, I found the elevator system to be confusing at times, and the spa's additional fees felt unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping with thoughtful turn-down service, which added a nice personal touch with treats left on the pillows. Breakfast each morning was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options. The hotel shuttle service to the city center was convenient, operating every half hour. However, I faced some challenges. The lifts at times were frustratingly slow and crowded, especially during peak periods. Also, there was some noise from events happening nearby, which made it difficult to relax at times. Overall, it felt like a lovely hotel, but improvements in lift efficiency and noise management would make it even better.
